The inside is still little equipped : no revolution. However there is more light inside thanks to the longer lateral windows (2 instead of 3 or 4). The seat backs and seats are wider and more comfortable, and more importantly, more envelopping than in the Split Bus. To be modern, it is the vynil kingdom, as this one is solid and easy to clean, and less expensive. What is new is that the seats are sliding now. Of course the Deluxe version offers a two-colour upholstery with a material that lets the air in !

In this serie, the seats are separated at the front in 1 + 1 or 1 + 2 depending on the models and options, except for the single cabin version which is always in 1 + 2. For the 1 + 1, a path is now possible between the two seats.

Regarding the embossed sheets, the partition still exists, with a small window, or even a path if requested. Identical to the other VWs, the inside door handles are with pallets.

Like the crank handles for windows and lock are in black plastic, and for the Deluxe models, all is chromed and integrated to the spring-catch.

The floor carpets are in black rubber at the front and at the back, but not at the rear for the embossed sheets version.
The sun-visors (2) are covered with the same vynil as the roof sky, and a roof lamp is at the center at the rear (with an automatic door interruptor or a manual one).

Major new point, the dash-board is covered with black plastic. The spare wheel is on the left side at the rear, fitted in the luggage compartment. Vertical, it is covered with vinyl in the Microbus Deluxe version.

Also note that depending on the options relative to the back-seats, the spare-wheel can be placed back against the partition.
The de-icing is at the bottom of the wind-screen, the heating inlets are on the dashboard and underneath the rear seats on some models (seldom).

Three vertical levers control the ventilation and the heating. They are signaled by square blue buttons (1) and red (2). A gas heating is optional, except for the Pick-Ups and the enlarged platform Buses.
