New rear axle now similar (similar, not identical !) to the current Porsche 911 one. No reductors any longer, but wheel shafts with U-joints. The elements of the rear axle can now be easily dismantled. Generally speaking, the Bay-Window Bus is more understeerer than oversteerer. Finally, differentials with limited slidings are in option for the " cold " markets.

The pick-up version with widened platform measures 2,82 m of length and 1,85 m of width. Its useful surface is 5,2 m2. Interesting detail, the platform, the tail-gate and the ladders are in wood and manufactured by Westfalia.
